Excursions in the "Brewery Raiskumietis"
During the tour you will learn a little about Raiskums today and the history of this ancient, beautiful place. There will be an opportunity to see and listen to the story of a beer brewery with a unique wood-fired pot, a bakery with an old rural bread oven and a meat smokehouse. If you visit on a weekday, you will also see the actual process of brewing beer and baking bread, smell the beer malt and hops, and enjoy the warmth of the bread oven. Maybe you will be able to create and bake a bread loaf with your own hands.
After the tour, guests will be welcomed in a cozy tasting room. You will taste all the goodies of the bakery and smokehouse - rye bread, sourdough bread, cheese and oat biscuits, smoked meat. In addition to all this, you can enjoy 3 types of "Raiskumietis" beer - light, dark and cherry. During the tasting, you will receive answers to all the questions!
We welcome guests every day, upon prior application and reservation.
Excursion-tasting price is 7 EUR per person, seniors - 5 EUR.
